Being earth conscious, our focus is in creating menus from local ingredients that are in harmony with the seasons and nature of your event, catering or personal chef needs. We aspire to bring a spiritual element to all of our ventures. Chef Josh Moore's calling is in the Healing Arts of food.

We also provide a Cooks for Crisis service. We will deliver home made simple meals to those effected by a sudden family crisis. We do not charge for this, though we do take donations from the family and/or friends of those effected. Email me for more information about this service, or if you would like to volunteer to be a part of feeding those who are in need.

Accent Cuisine, in conjunction with Inner Dimentions Inc. and Harmony Inside Out, is providing Culinary Tours and retreats in North, Central and South America. Our first tour of Peru is fully booked, but check it out on Facebook to see if this is something you may be interested in doing in the future.
